Yes, it’s true, we New Yorkers have been given the very short end of the weather stick in 2014. Between the copious amounts of rain and the June days in the 50’s (!!), it doesn’t really feel like summer yet. But there is a fashion silver-lining, folks. Take advantage of this unseasonable weather by breaking out your favorite leather tops and dresses, especially those that are sleeveless.
